4. Preschedule Your Weekly Sync

Every partner meets with the product team once a week for the six-week program. Check every recurring window that could work for your team, at least two. On acceptance we schedule your 30-minute sync within one of your chosen windows and send a single calendar invite covering all six weeks.

5. Program Commitments

The full expectations for both sides are in the expectations one-pager. Confirm the four that make the program work.

On GitLab.com, we will enable Orbit on at least one top-level group during week 1. On Self-Managed or Dedicated, our infrastructure team will partner with GitLab engineering through deployment. * We will run our first queries within 7 days of enablement. * We will bring honest, specific feedback to the weekly syncs, including what didn't work. * We are willing to complete GitLab's Testing Agreement for beta feature use, including any internal legal review our organization requires, before participating. *
